I was looking forward to watching this program because kasutera of Nagasakiya was introduced. Nagasakiya is a famous confectionery in Oomuta. Surprisingly, Shun Oguri introduced it. There are both the Japanese sweet and the Western-style cake in Nagasakiya. The representative Japanese sweets of Nagasakiya are kasutera, hatsushima and tiragimonaka. These are very popular as excellent cake of Omuta. Hatsushima is the Japanese sweet which used the bean jam of the egg yolk. Tairagimonaka ware two kings. They are adzuki bean filling and powdered green tea filling. A rice cake is in these.These are very delicious. kasutera is 1200 yen. hatsushima is 100 yen. tairagimonaka is 100 yen.
