To success this Diet, we have to eat bananas in the morning with water of room temperature. That's all!! If you want to eat many bananas, you can do. It is good to eat many bananas in the morning. However, there are few things we never do. we don't eat anything for 30 minutes after breakfast and we don't eat anything for four hours before sleeping.
If we can follow this instructoions, we can eat anything at lunch and dinner, and we can success this diet.
Tabeawase Diet
This diet was very popular by TV program. To success this Diet, it is important to eat some other foods when we eat some food.
For example...
If you want to eat cakes or bread, you have to drink soy milk with powdered green tea with them.
If you want to eat grilled meat, you have to eat kimchi before you eat them.
If you want to eat pizza, you have to pour olive oil on the pizza.
If you want to eat Chinese noodle at night, you have to drink vegetable juice before eat it.
If you want to eat sushi, you have to eat gari before you eat it.
If you want to eat supper, you have to eat fruit before you eat it.
The good point about this diet is that we don't have to care about calories.
This diet is happy diet for people who like eating. However, it is difficult for me to do this diet.
low insulin diet
Do you know insulin?? Secretion of the insulin is related to body fat. When we eat, insulin is secreted. If we suppress the secretion of this insulin, the fat which I took in is hard to become the body fat. Low insulin foods are meat---pork, chicken. And fish.
